Dianna Lynn Swihart, 49, of Washington, died Monday, December 26, 2005, in
Washington County Health Center, Washington, after being ill for many years.
She was born July 23, 1956, in Washington, a daughter of Frances Anna Prowitt
Wise of Washington and the late Russell Alvin Wise.
She was a graduate of Trinity High School and ICM of Pittsburgh.
Prior to her illness, she worked as a medical assistant at Presbyterian Medical
Center in Washington and Centerville Clinic. She had additionally worked at Shop
'n Save and Ponderosa.
Surviving are a son, Clint Swihart of Jefferson, Ohio; two daughters, Audrey
Swihart of Jefferson and Stephanie Crawford of Meadow Lands; two brothers, David
R. and Darrell L. Wise, both of Washington; a sister, Darlene F. McKahan of
Washington; and three grandchildren, Alexis, Shane and Isabella.
A brother, Daniel A. Wise, is deceased.
