Network operations technician for Crown Castle International
Kevin S. McDonald, 49, of North Franklin Township, died Thursday, January 12,
2006, in his home. He had been ill for a few days, but his death was unexpected.
He was born July 5, 1956, in Washington, a son of the late Raymond
"Red" and Marjorie O. Knapp McDonald.
He graduated from Trinity High School in 1974 and also had attended California
University of Pennsylvania.
He was a network operations technician for Crown Castle International and had
worked at the former Findlay Refractories.
He was affiliated with Broad Street Baptist Church.
He enjoyed sports, computers and gardening. He was a former player host for the
Wild Things and coached local youth sports.
On August 21, 1977, he married Candy L. McGowan, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Justin T. (Tracy) McDonald of Washington; four nieces;
and a great niece.
Deceased is a sister, Sarah Martin
